My El Scorcho bandmate Braxton and his wife Merrill had their first son 7 months ago, and we were honored to photograph their family today in Avondale Estates! Harrison cooporated fully in his first-ever photo shoot, and even Coltrane (the collie) made an appearance!

We love this photo (above) because we just BARELY were able to catch it! Thunder was booming away and it had just started raining, so we ran outside, threw up a light, and grabbed the shot!

With only a couple of months left until their first baby is due, Chonte’ and Soji asked for some images that would depict their love for one another and their excitement over their new baby girl. We had a WONDERFUL time in their beautiful Lawrenceville home; Chonte’ is a Wedding Planner (and one of our preferred vendors!), and her eye for design was evident throughout their home! Seriously, it was like walking into a model home. Gorgeous color and fun, unique furnishings everywhere! That, and Chonte’ and Soji’s gorgeous smiles made our jobs really easy! :)
